A view to remember
Enjoyed the amazing view of the lake every morning over coffee. The staff were attentive, and the room was well-appointed.
Unfortunately, the bathroom had some plumbing issues, which disrupted our peaceful evenings. It was disappointing for an otherwise lovely stay.

Residential area, central location very close to Restuarant, other restaurants, and public beaches and parks. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Nixdorf Classic Cars. Well furnished and brand-new hotel room with a very clean bed and separate bathroom.

One of the best equipped hotel rooms that we have stayed in........and we've stayed in quite a few. On the waterfront overlooking the pool we enjoyed our outlook. Secure parking included was a good feature
The housekeeping staff did not get to our room one day until 4:30pm...a little late we thought.

great views but busy restaurant
The two-bedroom suite offered generous space and really good cleanliness. The amazing view of the lake from our room elevated our mornings. The luxury of having a restaurant just downstairs was very good, although it did get quite busy during meal times.

Unit was comfortable. Nice to have a kitchen. Nice bed linens. Very comfortable bed.
Unit could have been cleaner. Kitchen and bathroom were clean, but there was dust in the corners, etc. Access to the room via the inside of the hotel was very secure, but we had a sliding patio door with a flimsy lock. From the street, anyone could easily access that door. Would be great to be able to get into the unit with the key card from the patio.

I had an amazing 3-night stay that truly felt like a mini vacation. The suite was spacious and immaculate, with a comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a day out. I loved the pool area. it was perfect for unwinding. However, the hot tub was often crowded, which was a bit disappointing. I'd definitely choose this place again for its great amenities!

I loved the geothermal heated floors in the room. It. The view from my queen studio was fine. Plus, the pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The outdoor area near the lake is beautiful for a casual stroll. I felt looked after.

The room that my husband and I stayed in at the Summerland Waterfront Resort was so comfortable! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! After a day of wine tasting, and looking at the beautiful scenery of the Okanagan Valley, coming back to this hotel just made our weekend getaway even better! The room had wine glasses, and an opener and a full kitchen with cooking utensils. Loved it!
The front desk staff could have been a little more helpful with recommending places to eat.

Excellent suite overlooking lake with access to waterfront walking trail that takes you past marina, tennis club and beaches
Summerland was expensive, even when compared to Banff and Revelstoke

The inviting layout of the pool and hot tub, how they constructed the hotel around a small nature reserve, the relaxing/romantic boardwalk around the reserve, absolutely excellent breakfast cafe.
The suite was too small for the price and I could not figure out if it was an old hotel that had been very well refurbished or a new hotel with an old design. Lots of nooks and cranny's that did not fit a modern design.

We liked the fact that we could overlook the lake from our room and that the warm pool was easy to access from our balcony
